What are Mid-Range Kits
Norfolk Home Brew
Midrange Beer Kits use a higher quality malt extract, usually 1.7 - 1.8 Kg.
Sugar is needed to achive the desired O.G. or a combination of sugar and/or malt extract to produce a fuller bodied maltier flavoured beer.
